Isaac Jean-Paul is legally blind and holds a Paralympian world record for high jump. In 2024, he represented the U.S. Paralympian team, competing in the long-jump.
Issac recently visited Innovega’s California clinic in San Diego and wore our Eyewear System. He shared his passion for our visual tools and how they could enhance his athletic performance and achieve a new level of joy with his family:
“As someone with a visual impairment who has never experienced what it’s like to have 20/20 vision, I’ve always dreamt of the day I could see clearly, even if just enough to recognize faces. This past weekend, that dream became a reality with the help of Innovega’s technology.”
Issac isn’t the only person working with Innovega. From reading easily or recognizing loved ones, these quality-of-life improvements make all the difference.
Other companies focus on using AR/VR technology for gaming and other entertainment and force people into cumbersome, awkward headsets; we’re invested in real-world problem solving.
